OVERVIEW
This 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 is finished in Seal Grey Metallic over black full leather, and it is powered by a 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes staggered-width 18″ GT3 wheels, H&R lowering springs, Tarett Engineering drop links, a fixed rear wing, ceramic composite brakes, xenon headlights, power-adjustable sport seats, a Porsche CDR23 stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The car has spent much of its life in California, and it was most recently registered in Montana prior to its acquisition by the selling dealer in 2022. This 996.2 GT3 has 59k miles and is now offered in California with the owner’s manual, a DME report, a spare set of Victor Equipment wheels, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title. 

The car is finished in Seal Grey Metallic and features a fixed rear wing and revised aerodynamic lower bodywork. Additional exterior features include xenon headlights, power-adjustable mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The selling dealer notes that the front hood may have been replaced, stone chips have been touched up and that the clear coat has been resprayed. A ceramic coating has been applied to the bodywork and windows. Staggered-width 18″ GT3 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, and a spare set of 18″ Victor Equipment wheels is also mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires and is included in the sale. Braking is from Porsche-branded calipers finished in yellow over Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) at each corner, and the suspension has been modified with H&R lowering springs, Tarett Engineering drop links, and track-oriented camber setup. The sport seats are upholstered in black leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels, and the center console, dashboard trim strip, and door panel parts are finished in Seal Grey Metallic. Amenities include a Porsche CDR23 stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. A 997 short-shift kit has been installed. The optional thicker-rimmed steering wheel frames a central tachometer with an 8,200-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level.

The digital odometer indicates 59k miles. The 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six is equipped with a two-stage resonance intake system, dry-sump lubrication, VarioCam variable valve timing, and titanium connecting rods. Factory-rated output was 375 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. The battery is said to have been replaced in November 2017, and work in February 2021 reportedly included replacing the air filter, serpentine belt, ignition coils, and spark plugs. A coolant hose was replaced in April 2022.Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.
